Jaipur: Silver has reached an all-time high, breaking previous records by touching ₹1,09,000 per kilogram for the first time in history. Amid global market fluctuations and geopolitical uncertainties, both gold and silver prices have seen notable shifts.
On Tuesday,
silver surged to its highest ever price point, while gold witnessed a minor
decline. The price of standard gold slipped by ₹100, settling at ₹98,600 per 10
grams.
According to
the Jaipur Bullion Traders Committee, the price of 24-carat gold has now
reached ₹98,600 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, 22-carat gold is being sold at ₹92,300
per 10 grams. The rates for 18-carat and 14-carat gold stand at ₹78,100 and
₹61,200 per 10 grams, respectively. Refined silver has soared to ₹1,09,000 per
kilogram.
Roshan
Joshi, a prominent bullion trader, stated that global economic instability has
led to a sharp rise in silver prices, breaking all previous records. He
predicts that silver may soon touch ₹1,10,000 per kilogram, while gold could
once again breach the ₹1,00,000 mark.
Due to the
current volatility, potential investors in gold and silver are choosing to wait
in hopes of a price correction before making any major purchases.
