Jaipur – Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur welcomed the new PGDM Batch of 2025–27 with an inspiring Inaugural Induction Programme themed ‘Finding Purpose and Meaning’. The event was graced by Sandeep Ranade, Executive Vice President and Head of Quantitative Research at Hansa Research, as the Chief Guest. In his keynote address, Ranade urged the students to shift their focus from short-term achievements to long-term personal and professional growth. He called the two-year PGDM journey a golden opportunity to explore, make mistakes, and build a strong foundation for future success.
Sanjay Mehta, AVP – Product at Prayas Financial
Services and an alumnus of Jaipuria (Batch 2012–14), attended as the Guest
of Honour. Sharing his own experiences across different states and roles,
Mehta encouraged students to take bold risks, learn from failures, and embrace
fieldwork as the real ground for growth. He emphasized that stepping beyond the
comfort zone is where true development begins.
Director Dr. Prabhat Pankaj welcomed the guests and
addressed the students, highlighting the importance of structured learning and
developing a well-rounded, value-driven professional outlook. On this occasion,
Jaipuria also launched its much-anticipated book titled ‘Crafting Leaders
through Contextualising Learning’, under the Leadership Lab initiative.
This unique publication features case studies on local businesses in Rajasthan,
authored by Jaipuria faculty, reflecting the entrepreneurial spirit of the region.
With 360 PGDM students embarking on their academic
journey, the induction programme laid a robust foundation, aiming to equip them
with essential skills and insights for the dynamic corporate world. Dr.
Daneshwar Sharma, Dean, delivered the formal Vote of Thanks, marking
the conclusion of a motivational and insightful inaugural session.
