Jhalrapatan: Under the state government’s initiative Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sambal Pakhwada, a Gram Panchayat-level public welfare camp was organized in Chaumhala, Jhalawar district, on Thursday. The Pakhwada, which is being held from June 24 to July 9, aims to deliver welfare services directly to rural residents by conducting camps across all panchayats.
In the Chaumhala camp, Dr. Rajkumar Baghela, CHC
In-charge from the Medical Department, led several health-related activities. Nutrition
kits were distributed under the 15 Ni Kshy Mitra Yojana, and a
special OPD was set up on-site. Patients underwent BP and sugar screenings,
and medications were provided to children and others as per diagnosis under the
NCD screening program.
Apart from medical services, multiple administrative and
welfare-related issues were resolved. These included five border knowledge
meter entries, four sale deed verifications, and several pension-related
cases. A long-pending land dispute from Golkhedi village was
resolved amicably with mutual consent during the camp. Additionally, the
food safety inspection report was verified and approved.
The camp witnessed active participation from government
staff including SHS Prajapat, Suman Yadav, Patwari Suman
Chaudhary, Patwari Sunil Kumar, and other departmental officials. A large
number of local citizens were present to avail themselves of the services
and support extended during the camp.
The initiative continues to make a meaningful impact in
ensuring last-mile delivery of government schemes, resolving local grievances,
and strengthening health and welfare access in rural Rajasthan.
