Making tajiya process is continue at ajmer dargah premise
Ajmer: According to the Islamic calendar, religious and administrative preparations have begun in the Dargah area for Muharram, which begins on June 27. Every year, lakhs of devotees come to Ajmer to visit the Chilla located in the premises of the Dargah of Sufi Saint Baba Farid, which opens on the fifth day of Muharram. Therefore, the Ajmer administration considers it a mini Urs and makes preparations like the Urs. For the convenience of the devotees, the institutions associated with the Dargah and the district administration make arrangements at their own level during Muharram. The Dargah Committee and the District Administration are making arrangements for parking and lodging of the vehicles of the devotees at the resting place and other arrangements. In view of the rainy season, water proof domes are being installed at the resting place. The structure of the big Tajia has been made in the Dargah, it is yet to be decorated with colorful foils. District Collector Lok Bandhu said that Additional District Magistrate City has
been appointed as Moharram Magistrate to ensure smooth execution of all
administrative arrangements of Moharram-2025 on time and to maintain law and
order.
He said that Deputy Commissioner of Ajmer Development Authority Shri Suryakant
Sharma and Executive Engineer Arun Verma have been appointed as the officers in
charge of the arrangements to be made by all the departments at Kayad Vishram
Sthal. Similarly, Deputy Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Anita Chaudhary
and Executive Engineer Ramesh Bajdolia have been appointed as the officers in
charge of Dargah premises, Moti Katla-Administrative Camp, Andar Kot, Dhai Din
Ka Jhompra. He said that Deputy Director of Revenue Research and Training
Center Sunita Yadav and Superintending Engineer of Water Resources Department
Krishnamohan Jaiswal have been appointed as the officers in charge of Delhi
Gate to Dargah to Langarkhana Gali to Jhalra to Tripolia Gate to Solahkhamba to
Nizam Gate. Similarly, Shaileshendra Mathuria of Women Empowerment Department
and Girish Bachani, Assistant Commissioner of Devasthan Department have been
appointed as the officers in charge of Ramprasad Ghat and Pushkar Road Rest
House.
