Ajmer. A representative assembly meeting was organized on Sunday under the banner of Goyand Dasot Jodha Shodh Sansthan in village Nand near Pushkar, which gave the message and inspiration to convey the glorious history, culture and tradition of Rajput society to the new generation and to maintain unity in the society. In this meeting, prominent intellectuals of Rajput society, social workers and hundreds of community members, women and youth from 25 villages participated. Presiding over the program, the coordinator of the institute and former president of RTDC Dharmendra Rathore said that the history of Jodha Rathores is 450 years old, and till now this is the fifth representative assembly. He told that there is a plan to install the statue of Thakur Govind Das Ji made of Ashtadhatu in Govindgarh, in which the presence of Maharaja Gaj Singh of Jodhpur is proposed. On this occasion, District Head Sushil Kanwar Palada announced to give Rs 10 lakh for the construction of Samaj Bhawan. Special guest BJP leader Bhanwar Singh Palada said that Rathores are a fighting community. They fought and sacrificed their lives during the Mughal invasion and now they are at the forefront in sacrificing for the protection and service of the country. Special guest District Head Mrs. Sushil Kanwar Palada said that at present children need good education and culture. Such programs should be held in every village so that unity of the society is established. Chief guest of the gathering BJP State General Secretary Shravan Singh Bagdi inspired the youth to connect with their history and carry forward the glorious traditions. In the gathering, the genealogy of Jodha Rathores was revised and finalized. Special guest retired High Court Judge Karani Singh Rathore, Goyand Dasot Jodha Shodh Sansthan co-convenor Colonel Mohan Singh Rathore, former Genealogy Board Chairman Ram Singh Rao, historian Mahendra Singh Tanwar, Vansh Pradeep Singh Govindgarh, former AAG Major RP Singh, Nahar Singh Patvi Nand and history writing, research and publication in-charge Nand Lal Singh Babra, Bhanwar Lal Suthar, Mahendra Singh Majhewala, Vikram Singh Taparwada attended the meeting and addressed the meeting.
