Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma reaffirmed the Rajasthan government’s commitment to the principle of “Public Service is Our Pledge” by conducting a regular public hearing session at the CM residence on Monday. These hearings continue to serve as a direct bridge between the government and the people, allowing citizens to express their grievances personally to the Chief Minister.
During the session, CM Sharma patiently listened to the
concerns of the public and issued immediate instructions to officials for quick
resolution. Emphasizing time-bound redressal, he directed the concerned
authorities to ensure that complainants receive timely relief and support.
A special moment during the hearing was when retired army
officers presented a sindoor plant to the Chief Minister, symbolizing
the valor displayed by the Indian Army under Operation Sindoor. The
veterans also extended their gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for
honoring the bravery of Indian soldiers.
In addition, representatives from the District Wrestling
Association met with the CM and shared suggestions to promote wrestling in
the state. CM Sharma instructed officials to take constructive steps in this
direction.
The Chief Minister also addressed grievances related to key
departments including Social Justice, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj,
Agriculture, Home Affairs, Revenue, Irrigation, Transport, Animal Husbandry,
JDA, Municipal Corporation, Education, Health, Water Supply, MGNREGA, and
Energy. A large number of public representatives and citizens attended the
session, reflecting the growing trust in the state’s citizen-centric governance
model.
